Mentorship

WHAT WE DO

Changing Minds Through Mentorship

Mentorship is a preventative approach to halting violence, or as we say on the streets, ’squashing beef before it starts.’ Mentorship provides healthy alternatives to violence by addressing the root causes, providing healthy alternatives, and empowering clients with the skills to walk away from violence.

HOW WE DO IT

Mental, Emotional, & Mentorship Support

Mentoring is holistic. We call it mentoring “heads, hearts, and hands”—a nod to Booker T. Washington. If nonviolence is going to be a way of life, that demands mentorship—someone who can provide the mental, emotional, and career skill training you need for a better future.
